Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 50% from the total reservation price will be charged 10 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 10 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 10 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 20% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The property is intended exclusively for guests included in the reservation. Visitors who are not registered guests are permitted only with prior approval from the host, and overnight stays by unregistered persons are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Pets are not allowed. Children must be supervised by an adult, especially when using the swimming pool. Guests are kindly asked to respect the house, its furnishings, the neighbourhood and the peaceful surroundings. Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or persons for whom they are responsible.
